Flat Rate Shipping

Canada | 

  • We offer 10$ Flat Rate shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel. 
  • Local: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Regional: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  


  • We offer 20$ Flat Rate shipping on all orders to the United States.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel
  • It can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Processing Times|  Due to our himmelis being a handmade item our order processing times vary. Minimal Style Himmelis will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order and the larger Traditional Style Himmelis with ship within 5 business days. All orders placed after 2pm PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking Information|  Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number within 24hrs. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Refused Shipments|  We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Johnna at 250-732-9393 so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Redirecting An Order  |  Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Return + Exchange

Returns + Exchange Details  |  We are happy to exchange or return items within 14 days of shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping in case of change of mind. If the item arrives damaged please take a photo within one week and email me. A replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge. 

Returned merchandise must not be used or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt and a note outlining the reason for return.

When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

The return postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
